All of us have done things that we regret. Some may be so bad that it tears at our hearts and we don't know what to do to erase the harm it's caused. There are always consequences for any wrong, but there is also forgiveness and grace through our Lord Jesus Christ.
If you have sinned and hurt someone, ask for forgiveness in Jesus' name and then ask the person you hurt to forgive you, too. God sees your heart and knows when you mean it. Once confessed, you can give Him your sin and move forward living for Him. God loves you and will help you resist temptation if you ask Him.
