Encouragement Poems for the Disabled

It is hard to understand why some people are born with a disability or may be disabled after a car accidents or maybe even sports. God doesn't cause the disability to punish us or as some see it to ruin our lives. God loves all his children. One day God will show you the reason for the why, when, where and hows of this life, but for now all we can do is trust in a Father who gave his own son for us.

When discouragement comes and you feel like giving up, look up! God will send signs of his love to you so never surrender. You are so much stronger than that. Satan wants nothing more than to see you fall. Let me and others offer our shoulders to give you strength to make it through the bad times. Remember God loves you. He may not take away your disability, but he will show you ways to be happy. I pray the inspirational poems on the Heaven's Roll Call website will encourage you and give you hope.

  Our Father's Point of View

  My Chair

  God's Special Angel

Sometimes we question God's motives

when our lives don't go as planned.

We may even get angry at its unfairness

as we try to understand.

I know I am perfect the way I am,

because God created me,

but my chair was made by human hands

so it's the best that it can be.

Your Badge of courage was given at birth.

It wasn't a punishment,

but to show what you're worth.

God chose you from many

to set an example for a few.

If you stop and you listen,

you'll know what to do.
