The hospice poems of encouragement on this page are for those precious loved ones who are in their final stages of death. There are also other prayer poems for those of you who have to sit helplessly while watching your loved ones take their final walk before they go home to heaven. If you wish to share a poem with your loved one, please be sure to read each poem. Then if you like the God-inspired poem and feel it would offer some sort of comfort, feel free to print it off and frame it. The hospice prayer poems are written with the various stages of the illness in mind and from different views of time.
