IN LOVING MEMORY AND THANKFUL HEARTS TO ALL OUR VETERANS
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13
The veteran poems on the Heaven's Roll Call website were written to honor those veterans who served. Many of them died, like my own precious brother PFC Douglas Roy Lueck being one of them, giving their own lives for our freedom while others protected our great land. With a thankful heart I hope this God-inspired poetry will honor the memory of veterans everywhere. Thank you for serving!
Good people pass away, the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die. Isaiah 57:1-2
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me. Matthew 25:40
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. Acts 16:31

HONORING OUR VETERANS
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves recieve from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
